Frequently asked questions.
Returns and Exchanges
I aim to ensure every customer is happy with their purchases. I am happy to offer exchanges for gloves and mitts. The buyer must pay for the return shipping. Please send me a message using the link below to begin the process.
At this time I do not accept returns or exchanges for clothing. All clothing sales are final.
Do you accept commission work?
Yes! Send me a message using the link at the bottom of this page detailing what you’re looking for. I will create a custom pair of mittens or gloves for you or a loved one. Please include the size & a photo of the specific mountain you would like.
I also create custom stamps for a special announcement, event, or clothing piece.

Will you print on clothing I already own?
Yes! I love giving new life to existing products. Especially if they are pieces you already have!
Fabrics such as linen, silk, and cotton accept prints the best. Occasionally Nylon is acceptable!
Please fill out a custom request form with the link at the bottom of this page.
Do you wholesale?
Yes! I currently only wholesale my mittens and gloves. I will provide three designs each with a full size range (four pairs). A total of 12 pairs of mitts for $140 each. Please send me a request with the link at the bottom of this page.
Will the drawing on my mittens fade?
Nope! The waterproofing process I use bonds the ink to the leather so it will never fade or smudge.
Will the print on my clothing fade?
The print will soften into the fabric overtime. It will never fade, but may become slightly lighter after many washes. I recommend washing your hand printed pieces with cold water. I use a double heat setting method to remove excess moisture in the ink and bond it with the fabric. Each item is washed and ironed before they reach your closet
Will I need to waterproof my mittens again?
Yes! I recommend waterproofing your mittens before each season. When you purchase a pair of mitts or gloves I will share the recipe to re-waterproof your leather. This process is important to ensure your mitts stay warm and dry for the season ahead! It will also protect the integrity of the leather and extend the product lifetime.
If you lost your Care Card please use the link at the bottom of the page to request the waterproofing recipe.
